Park Rules

Check – In is 12:00am to sunset. Check-Out is at 11:00pm

Quiet Hours are 10:00pm – 8:00am No outside visitors after 10:00pm

Burning of firewood, campfires, or wood camp stoves is not permitted. Propane grills are approved per burn ban.

Facilities are for park guests only. Bathrooms, laundry room, and recreation room are open 7:00am – 10:00pm The recreation room may be reserved for private group events with advance manager approval. Please notify the office if anything needs attention.

Guests are responsible for their children at all times.

Skateboarding and bikes are allowed at your own risk. The park is not liable for vehicle damage or bodily injuries.

Sites must be kept free of trash and garbage. Sewer connections must be watertight and water connections must not leak. No outdoor clotheslines. A $50.00 cleaning fee applies if a site is left with trash, bottle caps, or cigarette butts.

One living unit and one vehicle are allowed per space. All vehicles must be parked so that traffic lanes remain clear. Please check with the office if you have more than one vehicle.

Please observe the 5 mph speed limit throughout the park. Watch for children and pedestrians.

Overnight guests must register at the office. An additional charge applies. Upon departure, please remove all rocks, boards, and any materials or coverings used for decking.

Trash must be bagged and placed in the dumpsters provided. Please flatten boxes and cartons. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly in the trash.

Maximum 3 pets per RV. Dogs must be on a leash and attended at all times when outdoors, and kept indoors at night. Please clean up after your dog. Failure to do so, allowing continuous barking, or letting dogs run unattended may result in being asked to leave.

Washing or repair of vehicles or RVs is not permitted anywhere in the park. Do not park on grass or between sites. ATVs are permitted at 5 mph only.

When using A/C, please keep all doors, windows, and vents closed.

Please check all water connections for leaks and conserve water whenever possible.
