Welcome to Slow Play RV Park — we're glad you're here. This is a place where you can genuinely relax, no rush required. We're open year-round, big rigs are always welcome, and our team is here onsite if you need anything. The sites are full hookup, the atmosphere is quiet, and the neighbors are respectful. When you feel like getting out, there's great hiking, interesting history, and some really charming little towns just down the road. But honestly? There's no pressure. Take your time. That's kind of the whole point.

This is a rv park and not a motel. It was clean and well managed. Personnel were nice and accommodating and the facilities were clean and well kept. This rv park is our go- to park in Ruidoso and being in Ruidoso Downs, it is still close to the actual town but far enough away from the hustle and traffic of being closer to town.

This was our second trip to Slow Play. We were travelling with friends and selected buddy sites. The staff was very helpful contacted us prior to our arrival and escorted us to our sites. Several times throughout our stay that touched base to see if we needed anything. Even though this is an older park it is well maintained and very quiet. As with our first visit, everyone there is very friendly. We will return..We love this place!

This is our fifth season here, and it's great. Manager Donna sees to our every need, while the rest of the crew is extremely friendly, efficient and kind. The other campers are always courteous, friendly and quiet, as well. I'm sure everyone who stays here will enjoy it. (Being near Walmart is a plus.)

Very clean RV park with the nicest people working there. They help guide you into your spot even if it’s after hours. Clean restrooms and showers always smelled as if they had just cleaned them. Noticed they were always working on the property to cut tree branches so no one would damage there RV very clean grass areas and well maintained property with nice roads and camp sites. Will definitely stay here again

We have been vacationing in this RV park for years. Staff is friendly and helpful. Park location is perfect, no flooding concerns at all. Location is close to Ruidoso, Cloudcroft and Roswell. Quiet and safe.
