Pricing is based on 3 persons per site. Additional guests are subject to an extra fee. We do not prorate charges. Buddy Sites are available — awnings open toward each other, sharing a common area with one picnic table. Bring a friend to fill the site so you know your neighbor, or rent the extra spot at a discounted rate to keep it open. $25.00 extra per night. Daily and Weekly Reservations require a 1-night deposit at booking. Remaining balance is due at check-in. Monthly and Long-Term Reservations require a 1-week deposit at booking. Remaining monthly balance is due at check-in. Additional months are billed in 30-day increments. Weekly and monthly discounts are automatically applied. Stays of 30 days or more are exempt from lodgers and sales tax — a savings of 12.44%. Late check-outs after 11:00 a.m. will be charged a $25.00 fee. Holiday bookings require a 3-night minimum. Peak season bookings require a 2-night minimum.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

No refunds after check-in. Daily Reservations require 7 days advance notice for a full refund, minus a $10.00 processing fee per site. Cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival are subject to a convenience charge equal to 1 night's rental. Weekly and Monthly Reservations require 1 week advance notice for a full refund, minus a $25.00 processing fee per site. Without proper notice, weekly reservations will be charged 2 nights at full price, and monthly reservations will be charged one week's reservation fee. No call/no show reservations are subject to full reservation charges.
